The land side of the group: a working eco-farm that people can sleep on. Guests wake up on the same site that supplies the kitchen — which is what turns a farm visit into a stay, and a stay into something worth telling someone about.

Fresh from farm to table.
Where the harvest is sold and served. A café built around tilapia and seafood, extended into retail, frozen and ready-to-eat lines, and a franchise format — so the same kitchen can open somewhere new without losing sight of the source.

About us
Planet Niaga Holdings owns the structure, not the day job. It carries the group's stake in each operating company, and it is the entity the loop is built inside — so the energy company, the farm and the café answer to one plan rather than three.
A holding company built around one idea: keep the value in the loop instead of letting it leave at every handover.
Incorporated in Malaysia in March 2026, Planet Niaga Holdings Sdn. Bhd. exists to hold and direct the companies below it. Its own registered activities are the group's connective tissue — holding interests, technical and advisory work, and the solar licence the energy arm builds on.
That last one is not incidental. Stage 1 of the loop is solar — engineered and run by ROI Energy, the group's energy company, on the group's own licence rather than bought in — which is why the cycle can start on the group's own terms.
